Admin Test File / Permissions changed by Moderator?

This morning I received notification that a site moderator uploaded a file to my mod called: Admin test and in addition permission was given to the Site Owner? Anyone know why this is happening? I haven't receive any other communication from the moderating team.

That is the site owners name, not a moderator, you need to use the PM or contact us at the bottom of the forums here.

Is it normal procedure for moderators to take control of a file? I'm just curious...some people suggested that someone was hacked and/or I'm in trouble for something. So needless to say I'm a little concerned.

sweetie, do you see the name marked in red bellow? that's an admin, they are aware and will take care of what ever is going on.
