Graphics Overhaul for Original Morrowind?

I'm wondering if there's a Graphics Overhaul for Morrowind that doesn't require any of the expansions?

You mean something like MGSO (bundles a lot of different people's mods into one package)? No

Umm... ya but without bloodmoon you then have to be careful with the Morrowind Code patch options you choose.

 

***The two expansions do not just add extra content they add functionality. You won't be able to use MOST mods without the expansions. They added script functions and fixed most of the major bugs. Playing without the DLCs is not recommended. Why don't you just buy everything from steam. It is so cheap that way.

 

EDIT: just follow this guide for the mods you need and you can update your graphics manually, this basically will do the same thing as mgso and I recommend this guide over mgso because the morrowind overhaul is really outdated and updating it is very complicated.
