Not really Fallout 4 related

But my steam client refuses to launch any game, fallout 4 included, and two weeks ago it was working fine. Literally nothing has changed hardware or software wise.

 

 

AMD FX-8350

AMD R9 390

G-Skill 32Gb RAM

Velociraptor 1Tb 10k drive

Thermaltake 800w Modular PSU

Gigabyte 970-A-3DP Mobo

Windows 10 for about 3 months now.

 

I have reinstalled everything twice, and google searches are useless because its like I am the only person to ever have this issue specifically where there is no error code, no crash, no nothing. Literally press PLAY and nothing happens.
