First, modding is not and will never be as simple as you want. It's a learning process, not "push a button to mod game".

 

Second, .NET Framework is a requirement for tons of different things, including stuff completely unrelated to modding. If this is a barrier for you, you might as well stop now.

 

And third, you're making a complete fool of yourself by acting all spoiled and angry. Just stop it and be polite.

Net Framework is a requirement from MicroSoft, not the Nexus. It was released to Windows 7 systems a very long time ago and was included in their regular Updates. If you have ignored updating your Windows 7 Operating System then it is your machine that is broken and there is little that the Nexus can do about that. So get with the program, er, uh, dude and shove a cookie up that foul mouth of yours!!
