Why there is no "Allow users to endorse your file" options in "edit" webpage?

Yes, currently the only way this change is possible is to delete and re-upload your mod. It is not possible to 'turn off endorsements' on an existing mod. We'll look into what we can do about this, as I know this is certainly not ideal.

Removing the endorse button when endorsements are disabled would be nice too.
