Triseradox
Hello. I have now installed several graphic mods onto skyrim, and its amazing what the guys behind the mods have done! But i have one problem, after i load the game, play for about 10-15 sec while running along the road to watch the amazing graphics, the game just quits to desktop. What is happening? CampanaAliquanta
Disable all the mods, and then enable each one in turn then run the game to see what happens, until you figure out which one is causing the problem.
Triseradox
How can i disable all and then enable one after one? cause i spent about an halv an hour by just finding the most suitable mods, then installing them. And how do i increase the adress aware in skyrim to let it use more than 4gb of ram? (the game quits to desktop when it reaches 1.2gb ram usage) Edited November 24, 2011 by Triseradox
RonKemp
I had this prob with Oblivion. The game was set at a different resolution then my monitors. and would crash every time. If its mods then you may have to reinstall the game make shore to delete the game folder or the prob could come back. most mods are texture replacers so far so there is nothing to turn off or on yet. Bloodinfested
If you have a lot of texture mods running without having the 4g applied to the exe it will crash on you http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1013# Edited November 25, 2011 by Bloodinfested
bowlputies
I don't know if you have tried this yet but if your audio quality is not 16 bit 44100hrz or close Skyrim may crash, that's the problem I had.
Jackal2233
The 4GB patch has solved my crashing problems actually - and I'm using mods too, especially the HD ones. Though, there's still that the arrow bug I found, which still causes crashes. There's a rather rare bug I noticed when continually swapping out arrows from your companions. But try out that 4GB patch.
