khazerruss
So what I recently noticed that's when you alter armor's (or armor addon's) biped slots it stops beeing rendered in game.Anybody know how to fix that? I was looking into some armor .nif files and inspecting them and they doesn't seam to hold biped slots values... So why altered objects do not render in game? radiumskull
Not sure exactly what you're trying to do, and what you're doing to try and accomplish it. Obviously something's conflicting with your changes, but it's not clear what just based on your abstract description. You are correct that the body slots only exist in the CK, not the NIF files. You could make a Brahmin NIF into a hat if you wanted to.
khazerruss
I've done a test.I equipped the vault suit. Then I just opened CK, gone to 111 vault suit (both armor and armor addon) and unchecked all biped slots. Then I lunched a game and it was invisible... Why??? Edit: U can try it for urself and see if it works for you, but I think the result will be the same. zrovektor
Okay, I think I understand what you're saying, but I'm not sure. You "unchecked all biped slots" ? What did you leave selected? Nothing?

zrovektor
So, you essentially told the game engine that the armor takes up no armor slots and then you were confused when it was invisible? Because, as far as I know, That's what you did. Slot 33 "Body" needs to remain checked in order for the game to display underwear. You can deselect everything but that and it will still show up. But there are things that are not underwear and are displayed in game. Armor parts for example.
Stygs
Yes, and they all have an biped slots.Anything without a biped slot gets invisible because the game doenst know where to attach the model.
