Gladiatorking Posted July 15, 2012 Share Posted July 15, 2012 It's just called Leather, I got the top from Jarl of Whiterun when I told him about the dragon, Ireleth has the same armor, it can be crafted with Leather Strips and Leather, I don't know what level you need to be though.
