JimmyRJump
When hitting "advanced" in the Chrome page, I get this: mega.nz normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Google Chrome tried to connect to mega.nz this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be mega.nz, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Google Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged. You cannot visit mega.nz right now because the website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.
JimmyRJump
I'll try again later... besides, I was only going to download whatever you uploaded to do you a favour because of the work you've put into it :D I don't care too much about that bump in Sanctuary Hills as I next to never walk in that spot... Purr4me
what I found so far with the location is here. NOTE: This tangent line seems to indicate a part of the scripted events written into the games Engine. the line that ends up right on that spot seems to be part of the games end code for the player. Now there might be some connection if the NPC is hitting some wall? OR the THE AI for NPC directives are not allowed to wander beyond that point.? Suppositions: is only an observation on my part dealing with an unknown issue in a new games engine and design..coupled with the fact, all the weird things going on with VALVE updating the game. These shots you see here are not on a live connected set of games software, they are in the kit's data folder of the Original content when received By Bethesda's tool set. the Whole game resides within the kit's domain and is untouched BY steams networks. The link to that setup I carry with my signature to install the kit properly. I keep Original data always backed up on receipt of it.I keep separated and known to be clean files...NOT updates or hosed up data by network snafu's...but clean data so any thing I make will be correct when I deliver data to any one. https://s26.postimg.org/b30nsubk9/OEM.jpg
Purr4me
You can say i don't trust the internet too well.I already know the Chinese and Russians have tried to access one of my yahoo accounts and failed miserably. they are there to show a sign of activity and are Empty, devoid of spam and I watch what shows up in them to monitor the web sites ability to protect me using their systems. Yahoo blocks them and send me the information about what-took place who did it and where it came from to my phone. No, I don't trust any networks at all and remain diligent about that. Never use credit cards online, I use store bought refillable cards and if I need to place capital on them, I go to the store and do that for that moments use. One reason I have not purchased member ship here is due to the requirements asked for, the cards I use are not valid for that use.Other wise I would have a life time thing here. Don't trust any one. The fact you can't obtain the code I sent up say's a lot about your security and might be something to look into. Just a suggestion.Peer Block 1.1 + (r691) Beta release and Ghostery browser support with add guard so you can remove overlays on some sites that prevent you from accessing the media bellow your trying to read. pop ups are adds, overlays are now used to block you so your tricked into clicking on installers, ad-guard allows you safety on the networks. These are browser add on's.

Purr4me
Funny how things work them selves out,Don't know why I did not enable markers in the first place? That's your road block.
Purr4me
Because that's a trigger , all I can do with it is move it out to the middle of the river as it acts with game substances and is required, IF I drop that down under the map? that might work or it might do things unexpected too. There was discussion of a snafu with the UFO4 patch a while ago about a tire iron bug. if you look at the shot across the bridge, you see all the data, objects lay within a block of code. IF that block was to be dropped out of sight, that bug would not have been possible. This block where the tire iron sits is also a trigger point, there is a satchel with in it too just above too the left of the dead body with the tire iron sticking up. That satchel is a scripted event and has dialog attached to it so tampering with it with out removing the trigger will cause damage to game play, as we seen the results of it posted already. What can be done with out screwing up game play is shrink that block of code way down so it does not encompass the items or objects and move it further away up the road...DO not ever delete things in game, try to keep all things in mind as there is a purpose for every thing in the game. look over that last screen shot, in the geck above the work shop, you will see a few Blocks of code the NPCs from time to time end up standing on what appears to be the roof..where in fact, they spawned on top of that block of code and havoc settle has not fired. There's a lot going on in the background in game run time, the game Fo4 is very big. So, if one wanted to edit this world space, all of this must be taken into consideration too.Shrink the block down allows them to be there and not missing so the game will operate normally if modified. If its a trigger? that's what needs to be thought about and found out about as to what interacts with it...if nothing there does this, your safe to lower it under the map or shrink it down and then lower it bellow whats seen in game. My opinions really don't mean squat if the data fails to do as I indicate..so one ones perfect but I have done these things and they do in fact work as intended. one other thing you can do is increases the size, make them huge so the work shop encompasses the Entire region and that's tricky too. It's a lot to do and think about. JimmyRJump
As an in-betweener: I have been using Peerblock since it was released (v1.2 with paid subscriptions), and use Ghostery on both my browsers for more than five years. AV is BitDefender Internet Security since 2004 in conjunction with MalWareBytes. I use PayPal most of the time for online shopping and the card reader from my bank works with a two-way code generator: one generated on the bank's website which I need to fill-out on the card reader in order to get a new code which I then fill-out on the bank's website. The codes are never twice the same so security is pretty tight. Same goes for on-line purchases with my MasterCard: I never have to fill-out the card's details on any site, just the three digit verification code of the card and the expiration date... Considering the pics and explanations you've added, I must say that I'm using a mod called "Build High - Expanded Settlements" which expands Sanctuary Hills to beyond the bridge. Southern border is in fact right up to where the dead raider and dog lie, on the road to Red Rocket Truck Stop... the stumbeling spot is only a hindrance when I scrap the patch of grass that lies over it. If I leave the grass alone, there's no stumbling involved as the 'bump' isn't high enough to peek from under the grass...
Purr4me
Example of the reason for my last post: IF the UOF4P was to tamper with data within the confines of that red colored block? "Tire iron" say for instance; Then you set up a conflict. To the right of that block, as it is a cell unto it's self as you exit the block of code, it fires and when it fires, many have been afflicted with unexplained CTD's right on that spot. all I need to do is read all the complaints and look and see why. and just avoid these things my self. This type of object can not be edited much, but you can move it so you can scrap the things within it.
