And yea, same Engine with some additions and iterations :) I really like hearing claims of grandeur and 'total newness' but.... anyone who has played the other games can feel the sameness, but the proof is in the pudding

ok so what should be the second stop on how to use these commands. because all of these commands are nice but I can't use them the proper way this page is useless then.

Seems that it was posted as an informational resource, which can be useful to anyone looking for it. Just because you don't know how to use these console commands to modify the game doesn't mean it is a useless post.

 

The page I linked you has a good explanation of how to use console commands and includes the most useful ones and how to use them. I suggest starting there. Keep in mind that not all of these commands are going to be useable outright, most are likely called from the games scripts internally.

I dont know that person who said that post is useless had a good point, they arnt useless but have extremely limited use for someone new to modding or even mediocre, its just a bunch of commands and what they are connected to.

 

it doenst tell you how to use them to mod, how to connect those commands to the ones above to make them interact, how to get them into your game as a mod, what kind of file to put them into and where to put the file in your skyrim directory.

 

though this information is very useful and helping me get my bearings that other post can by no stretch of the imagination be called a tutorial, not for modding at least maybe using console commands but thats extremely simple press ` and type the command and hit enter =/
