It's what the internet was made for! FANTASTIC! XD

Actually, it's not what the internet was made for. ;)

Correct. Everyone knows the Internet is for Porn. They even made a song about it. (Not gonna link it, the lyrics are semi-NSFW, though most videos are pretty tame, just Youtube "Internet is for Porn", it's more silly funny than serious at all).

Here you go, the truth

And don't say Wikipedia isn't reliable anymore! :pinch:

Seriously tho, just goes to show how much traffic a site can make by showcasing both religion AND politics; they'll probably change their name and start selling stocks & bonds in a few months: Christwire.com, where JESUS Buys and Sells HIS stocks!

Funny waste of time, tho

The only difference between atheism and any religion of your choosing is that atheists are in denial of the faith they have in mythologies that hold discriminatory hateful theories and backwards views. That denial finds it's foundation in extremist faith in theories that are not proven scientifically.

You're so funny :)

I'm all for ridicule of mythologies that hold discriminatory hateful dogmas and backward views.

You picked the wrong one my friend, I suggest you keep your ignorance holstered. ;) The only difference between atheism and any religion of your choosing is that atheists are in denial of the faith they have in mythologies that hold discriminatory hateful theories and backwards views. What does that mean?I thought the point of Atheism is that the Atheist has no faith.

I'm glad I'm started this post, its quite enlightening.I had no idea that so many people would read the article and believe it to be true!

The point is that Atheism is equally based upon unproven assumptions. To say "there is no God" definitively without first experiencing death is like saying there are no planets outside of our Solar system without first looking through a telescope powerful enough to see beyond our solar system.

So many Atheist believe in the big bang theory, evolution and dark matter when in fact they have no evidence to undeniably support their validity. Even Richard Dawkins believes that life on Earth formed from crystals that fell off of the backs of aliens billions of years ago...truth. So in essence, they are having faith.

If you ignorantly hate religion then you must hate your ancestors, religion has always been the link between social and scientific advancement. Whether it was the religion of Mayans, Egyptians, Native Americans, Jews, Muslims, Christians or self proclaimed Atheists who share a mutual belief that man kind and the universe it'self are their own creators... It is all a religion, and each one has brought with it a unique perspective and understanding.
