Crash on Loading In-game

My game is crashing whenever I load while I am playing. When I launch the game and load a save from the main menu, it never crashes. But if I load while I am already playing, it usually will. It will also crash occasionaly when I leave an interior space (loading the Commonwealth).

 

I am at a loss as I'm pretty sure all my mods are compatible. I have the load order in the spoiler below. Does anything stick out as being the culprit?

What version of the game are you running? If it is at least v1.7.9 you might want to update the Unofficial FO4 Patch. The latest iteration still has an .esp, but the header indicates it is a .esm and as such should be added right underneath your DLC plug-ins...
