Need help with Xepha's Dynamic Weather

Yeah, that is strange indeed.

but anyway:

[X] Xepha's Dynamic Weather - Anchorage (NEE).esp

[ ] Xepha's Dynamic Weather - Rain (NEE).esp

It would seem to me that these 2 plugins are merely duplicates. You already have 2 of with the same name. (aside from the "NEE" part.)

And I would definitely second what Jeoshua said. Get the Enhanced Weather mod he just linked to. It's perfectly compatible with Xepha's weather mod. (and what's a good weather mod with rain and show)

Ok, but there's a LOT of mods on that page. Which one(s) should I download?

The top one, and the hotfix. You don't need to activate anything once you download it, technically you just need the graphical resources and Fallout will load them. But the main ESM is the file which will get activated by the Rain plugins for XDW. So for sanity reasons you could activate that.

And only the ESM file. The rest are superfluous and won't get loaded anyways.

WOOHOO! It worked! Installing the mod and the hotfix automatically selected the Rain (NEE) mod. The only thing I noticed other than the awesome rain and square snow was that the animation for the lockpicking became a little jerky, like some frames were missing. No biggie!

Many thanks to Black Ramgage and Jeoshua for your kind and patient assistance!
