ENB problem all is dark/black

I have no mods installed right now.

Fresh installation, trying to get ENB working. I have installed v0307 and once I get in the game, everything is a misty black, dark, grey looking. Can open ENB settings within the game.

This is in day light, it's like this everywhere. Remove ENB and it's like super bright again like normal. :/

This even happens with ENboost files only installed.

Don't know what to do, don't have this problem in Skyrim. :/

AMD drivers.

Steam overlay disabled, don't have afterburner or anything else like that.

Have you tried turning Ambient Occlusion off ? It sounds like the problem affecting the Pip Boy, only more extreme.

For some reason, I can't use v0307 because of the six added .fx files. I'm still at v0283 which doesn't have those added files. Maybe try v0283 then

Funny enough, I switched back to the v283 and it's working now, I also had a reboot (crash) and that fixed it.

Still can't use v307, but that's fine, the older ones are now working!

After having used the 0307 version and having gone back to v0283, I had weird wash-outs (black & white, almost like a photo negative effect) in the game when it started raining. Strangely -and after sweating bullets over it for a few weeks- the effect went away when I alterd my settings to 'medium' and disabled all effects like rain oclusion and stuff in the regular start-up menu... the changes don't really affect how my game looks because of other mods and .ini settings.

Had to use the fw 2b52a command in the console when it started raining, which was fun-fun-fun in places like Murkwater and Somerville where I had to use the command 17 times in around 10mins of play :D

The command is a Sunny Skies weather command (which can also come in handy when traveling the Glowing Sea) and also works at night so it should be called Clear Skies, really...

I have that exact same thing happen in Skyrim. FO4 is really bright for me.

alt F12 seems to clear it up for me. Except for Sanctuary. I have lights everywhere, and sometime fast traveling there over glares the lights.

I am new to using ENB so I been thinking this was normal.
