RelicKylias
OK, as some people may I know, I work on a project called Expanded Oblivion and another " Morrowind. I love making mods and have so many ideas that I can't decide which ones to be focused on.I am also looking for good virus/spyware-free mesh making and texturing software. Anyway just say what you'd like me to do.. and who knows maybe it will become real! :thanks:

Septim741
It's a shame that you insisted upon taking the name of my project, Oblivion Expanded, even though I warned you and asked you to rename your project. Your stubborn and arrogant replies were quite astounding. Nevertheless, I forgive you for infringing the copyright I placed on my work, I forgive you for the flaming reply to the PM I sent you, and, most of all, I thank you for giving me an excuse to implement a better name. Good luck with future name-stealing and flaming!
Abramul
You copyrighted the name "Oblivion Expanded"? And how, precisely, did you go about doing that?
Septim741
Creative Commons, officially. It's clearly stated in several places. And, besides that, I had rights the moment I created it.

TheTerminator2004
Anything created by a person, including the name, is automatically copyrighted by that person, whether he registered it with the copyrights office or not. This doesn't make any difference unless it can be proved the person created it, but as Septim has an entire archive of forum threads about it, and plenty of witnesses, that is no problem. Similarly, Septim licensed his project under a creative comons 3.0 license, which makes it illegal for someone to copy his work. This was clearly stated on his website, and he even sent a polite message to Relickylias informing him of this, and asking him to stop infringeing on his copyright. It would not exactly have been difficult for this person to do this, as it is, after all, only a name, but he did not, instead sending a very rude message back. It is very lucky Septim is a nice enough prson to completely rebrand the project he has been working on for a year, changing its name, which was mentioned hundreds of times throughout the project, when he should not have had to do so, simply because this person has no respect for others work, and, clearly, does not care about anyone other than himself. Based on this, I sincerely doubt this project will be any good, and I advise everyone to avoid it.
Storm Raven
RelicKylias, Why don't you go some where far away. Most of the folks on this board believe in giving credit where credit is do. Download a few readme's and note the measures that respected modders go to to give credit to the work of others. While your at it brush up on your modders etiqutte, and show septim741 some respect. He's been around the block a few times. You could learn a lot from him.
