Nuka World constantly CTDs

I'm finding Nuka World is constantly CTDs, anyone else? It doesn't matter where I am, there's no rhyme or reason, sometimes it will play for a good half hour before a CTD and sometimes just a few seconds. I've got rid of a lot of mods that might impact performance, I actually don't have a ton of mods to begin with, but it still CTDs all over the place. Anyone have suggestions?

I do not see any that should cause the CTDs. It is possable you need to update mods that have updates.

Also are you using DEF_UI? I have read that can cause CTDs if the patch is not used.

I don't even know what def-ui is. However I think I found the problem, it was actually likely due to a mesh I imported into my custom outfit. I noticed the mesh wasn't showing so I removed it and since then it has not crashed yet, so hopefully that was it.

The Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch is sitting in the wrong place. It must be added right underneath all the DLC. Not sure it'll do away with the crashes, but there must be a reason why it has to be added above all other plug-ins.

 

DEF_UI and KeyNuker are mods that alter the outlook of the PipBoy and are known tocrash the game with Nuka World installed (just like they did with Automatron). You have two mods that change the PipBoy (lights and auto-unequip), try the game with those two de-activated.

 

The crash is caused by the map-marker for the Nuka World (again, just like with Automatron's Mechanist Lair) and it's the PipBoy alterations that cause crashes...

I haven't had any crashes using the pipboy.

I had a crash due to Textures/Water/WaterTileHumpy_n.dds and Meshes/SetDressing/LightFixtures/LightbulbOff.nif

 

Everything's been fine since deleting these files (so far).

Every time I use a terminal in Nuka World the game crashes. I was looking through one of the gangs terminals and all of a sudden I get a crash report. I have to take a picture of it the next time so I can look it up.

Deleting Textures/Water/WaterTileHumpy_n.dds worked for me too ( CTD when approaching Nuka World ) Thanks !
