stepmeup2
I was just installed a mod when suddenly the program just crashed and when I re-open it up again it asked me something and I just press OK without properly read (yup, my fault.) That when it start uninstalled all of the mods and when It finished NMM started to installed mods and asked me for a permission to overwrite some file. Which got me confused because I thought NMM already uninstall all of the mods, so I open up DATA folder in Fallout4 but everything is there, not a single ESP has missing and the DATA folder size is pretty much the same, so I try to cancel installation process and ended up close the program with task manager. Now NMM seem to don't recognize installed mod, and I can't load my save game even when all the plug-in was activated just like before. I've try re-install NMM but still, here some pic. I know I probably have to install everything again but I just want to know what happen, It felt so tragic, so surreal. One several minute everything was fine and then suddenly the world just crashing down on you . . . maybe not the world but, well just the feeling. Anyway, sorry for my English. JimmyRJump
Just re-install NMM again. And keep an eye on the amount of plug-ins you're using. In the pic you've got 257 plug-ins active while the maximum is 255...
RaffTheSweetling
There's a thread devoted to this issue somewhere. It was a sad day for a lot of people when NMM was updated and most people clicked install update without properly reading what the process required the update to do. A lot of people blamed the NMM devs for not including a clear enough warning, but the truth is that the warning was there, it does say it will uninstall / reinstall all mods. For me it made my Skyrim unplayable through NMM because the load order was all messed up, and the other games I didn't let NMM touch after that. Yes it is probably going to require the mods for these games to be reinstalled or adjusted into a stable load order/fine tuned, but in my case after it messed up my Skyrim I didn't let it touch the other game, so for example I didn't let it mess up my Fallout 3/NV, and both are still ok to launch with FOMM. My Skyrim is simply launch from SKSE now and though some mods are gone, it still works at least.
