Ceryury
It's called Replayability, dude. Also it prevents being even more OP than the player already is. Other than that, you can just cheat yourself to all the perks if you really want to do that. Nothing is actually preventing you from getting them if you really want them all. Evilllamas
It's a good idea, that leads to better specilisation....BUT THERE ARE SKILLS I CANNOT HAVE AND THAT MAKES ME ANGRY! When playing games, I want to be a a healing tank who can sneak and shoot while summoning zombies wileding enchanted swords. Lucky for me, the console allows me to do that... spent a while getting myself every perk, max level....

calabi
Thats one reason why I cant wait for the CK to come out. All I want is mod that gives you an extra perk every other level or something.

minngarm
Sounds kinda weak too me, like you just want to be godly and bash dragons in the face with your penis. I do heavy armor, shield, and dual weilding, smithing, enchanting, archery, sneaking, and basic destruction and healing. All of which is possible to do effectively in the game as is, you just have to plan things out. Having EVERY perk in the game would make it pointless to play IMO. ICERAY2000
Let me sese if I understand this - you are ANGRY at not having access to all of the game all at once, at some point,; so if that tiny, insignificant detail, easily fixed with a quick trip to the console, tell me how the moronic interface makes you feel. Want to complain about something, complain about: left-click is right click - sometimes Only sometimes a left click IS a left clickor R in the chest side of a menu gets you ALL when an R on the backpack side Stores an itemclicking to the left of a category closes the menuremap the E key and never learn to read!Have you watched the way the item list jumps when you pick from it?Now THESE are things worth complaining about; not being GOD in the game, when you CAN be - ~TGM - is just silly. Joshico
So you wana be a im god or sumthing? you actually think that was a bad design choice?? Skyrim is not like dragon age, its call BALANCE if you got all the perks than you be unstoppable, just because your a dragonborn doesn't mean your the hero or can't be killed, infact dragonborn ppl are just normal mortals that can be easily killed with a shot to the face. Skyrim is fine as it is and its stupid to call bethesda...well stupid because you cant be the ultimate hero.Use a mod if you really wanna ruin the immersion (but that just my opinion)
