Respawning boats?

Does anyone have any idea how to make boats respawn?

I've read somewhere that boats do not respawn, which I think is scary, and which has since prompted me to never ever use boats, for fear of ruining them.

 

What I would like is a mod that, when Velen or The Skellige Isles are loaded, places full health boats back at their original posistions. This way, sirens could still tear your boats to s***, but as soon as your stay is up, when you return again, new boats would be available for smashing.

Alternativly, it could, whenever a boat is smashed, place one in it's original place...

 

Is this something anyone would be able to do?
Is it even possible? ;P (I know we don't have world editing tools...)

as far i know, if you long enough from boat respawn location,

then you reboot(ALT +F4) the game, the boats will respawn.

 

if you can use console command, try

spawn('boat')
