I still have a few niggling issues, such as items missing in crafting menus and weapons not using the correct ammo. damanding Posted September 16, 2016 Share Posted September 16, 2016 I don't use any weapons mods so I'm pretty unfamiliar with those. I see you have quite a few of Eli's outfits but I don't see the Armorsmith Extended plugins for them. So I'm guessing you can't find those outfits in the AE workbench right? I would bet that you have the same issue with everything that uses Weaponsmith Extended. Read both WE and AE pages, including all the sticky notes and check the forums of those mods for directions. Look at their plugin list and make sure you install the correct plugins for the mods you want to use. Make sure you follow their directions on load order. For starters load that one as near the bottom of your load order as you can.Read through the description page, and install instructions. All the weapon included in the bundled assets pack you do not need at all.The weapons you must download separately. The second list, which is just below the video on the page. All you need form them are the assets. I found manually install those works best, as you do not need to mods .esp. The mod is a pain to install correctly, but once you do it is a great way to have over 200 weapon mods. Even if you never use 99% of them. Also very important while using Weaponsmith extended. Do not use LOOT to sort your load order. It will place it, and several other mods in the wrong order. As far as the load order gose. If you look on the comment page for Armorsmith Extended Gambit has his load order posted on a sticky. If my not match yours, but it will give you an idea on getting both AE, and WE working correctly. ghreaper Posted September 16, 2016 Share Posted September 16, 2016 Unofficial Fallout Patch needs to be right under your DLC's, weapon mods*anything to do with weapons at the bottom of your load order* you also need to make a merged patch for the standalone weapons so they don't conflict with eachother. a video to show you how and put WeaponSmith extended towards the bottom above your weapon mods*it needs to load first* Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The problem turned out to be the ammo expanded and special .esp's from the Crafting Workbench mod. WSE2's compatibility patch has one .esp that has all the ammo .esp's merged. The two .esp's from CW were after it in the load order and overriding the values. There's even a small note (I forget where) in WSE2 that says to disable the plugins from CW. All is working to my satisfaction, but I seem to not have 5mm ammo now. If that's unavoidable, I can live with it, lol! The 5mm should be there, as it is vanilla ammo, and New Calibers adds more types. Move WSE to the bottom of the list, and it should show up.
