somuchmonsters
did you set the trishape to have vertex colors?
Ghogiel
I don't think it is that, Vert colors wouldn't cause them mesh not to render entirely.
Davis237834
Update: I went back and redid the armor with a different version without deleting anything and adding the sleeves, it works for the most part, got some issues with the normals where the further you are away from the mesh, you can see through it.  http://i1090.photobucket.com/albums/i373/Davis237834/normals.jpg I notice it when i open it in nifscope but when its in max, the normals look fine, how can i fix that? Always something wrong, but im a lot further along then i was, thanks a lot for the tutorials and help. jimhsu
My problems with meshes not appearing were caused by skinning issues usually. Can you reimport the problem mesh into 3ds max or blender and see if the model is still properly skinned?

somuchmonsters
Def looks like normal problems there. Can you post an image of the same model in 3dsmax? from that angle? I suspect it will look bruised there too.

Ghogiel
You need version 3.7 of the max niftools plugin. I dunno if anyone has tested it on gmax.
