Hey IZ I am not sure if I fully understood the question but for every setting you have to install http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/4862/? the original mod which is very basic and you have the variants like you the one you linked comes on top of that one. I hope that that is what you were looking for ;)

Ya that what i meant, as I know the variant have a setup set like gear as the one he asked, whoever idk how to set up it myself but i know is doable. Since other than that i dont remember any other mod that do the same thing he asked except in the preview of Skyui 4.

but ya the original bring the skes pluging and a basic ini file, all the variants around the nexu are just modified ini. Hope that help and clear the confusion. BTW loving the brotherhood clothes :p

Is there a mod that gives humanoid enemies in the game random weapons from different weapon mods that I'd have installed?

Usually, this is the case with mods that add plenty of weapons example being immersive weapons and weaponizer

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/24015 http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27644/?

for armors there immersive armor and armonizer

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27028/? http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/19733/?

the mod themselves add their items to lveled list, and conflict between lists can be solved with a bash patch

Whoever, if what u want is a mod that let you install as many weapon and armor as u like, and then said mod add them automatic to the world, then I have no idea. Whoever asis do something similar with modded perks and spells so i would not be surprised if there a mod that do this. In that case the mod detective may help you further ^^

Lil question : a while ago I downloaded a file from here which was "Ambiance Music Overhaul"

I never got around to installing it :P

now I searched for this on google & stumble upon "file does not exist in our database" or something like that

I tried searching the forums too, and I'm a bit stumped, what happened to this file ?

to add to the mystery the author is unknown to me as there is no readme inside the archives -_-

Never heard of that one. But Fantasy Music Overhaul might be a good replacement for it.

I'm not sure if I'm mistaken, but I saw a mod that allowed you to mix and match armor sets. Example: you can wear the top of a Hide Armor with the bottom of a Steel Plate armor.

Like I said, I might be mistaken. I can't seem to find it anymore. Does it exist?

Have a look a IZ answer I would also add the Lost LongSwords by MrBrownstone and the JaySuS Swords by JaySuS BUT get the fixed version from here you will find it there somewhere between the files.

BUT make sure once the mods are installed you will create a Tes5 Merge patch and Bash patch. Without it get ready for a lot of problems ;)

I made a quick video how to make those here this video is assuming you are familiar with Tes5Edit and Wrye Bash programs. :)

Let me know if you get stuck.

You think about The Ambience Music Overhaul - music replacement - by chrizXz. User chizXz was banned for trolling see forum here I guess If you really want that mod you can still find it on the net but I would use the Sound Propagation Overhaul by rohverK now.

I would also install the Climates Of Tamriel - Weather - Lighting - Audio by JJC71 and the Sounds of Skyrim - The Dungeons by Cliffworms, Sounds of Skyrim - The Wilds by Cliffworms, Sounds of Skyrim - Civilization by Cliffworms make sure you get the compatibility patches as well.
