I am looking for a mod that lets you own a mine or farm or even a town where you are rather involved with it earning money and dealing with attacks from bandits or vampires or dragons and need to spend money to upgrade things so on so forth.

There are some really nice soup textures in Nernie's City Expansion. If you don't want the whole mod, you can just download it manually and extract the textures.

I have been searching for 2 mods that I'm not sure exist but I try here before making mod suggestion,

 

1. GIve NPC's and creature's the ability to jump over obstacles if they get stuck.

I see many things are added to Npc's from using torches in the dark to pick up loot from from dead bodies so I hoped there was a mod that made it possible for NPC's/creatures to jump over obstacles if stuck.

 

2. Souls of dead npc's/creatures rising from their corpse leaving for their final destinations.

According to Elder scrolls lore there is many gods and evils with godly power in the elder scrolls world that "claim" the souls of the dead. So naturally those souls that is not captured by soul gems must travel to a place.

Im not sure it have soup but High Quality Food and Ingredients have some nice replacements of bowls with ingredients.
