Can it also work on all other NPC's also? Here is one that worked in Oblivion:http://elderscrolls.filefront.com/file/Martigens_Monster_Mod;78971Martigen's Monster Mod has a plugin named Looting NPCs & Creatures with the following function: NPCs, Goblins and Ogres will loot the bodies of their fallen prey. The exception is Guards, since you don't want them taking your loot (unless you don't mind killing them for it). Looting is about more than just NPCs taking each other's gear -- it breathes much more life into the world. Should be possible to have something like that in Skyrim also. After battles and encounters I can walk around filling up my inventory without even killing anyone. This feel like cheating and break immersion. I think scavengers do this already but I have not seen many of these in the game. So Im looking for a mod/tweak/fix that make npc's pick up/loot things, or a mod/tweak that create more scavengers that can go around and pick up stuff from dead bodies. Plus the screenshot taker of those may have been using ENB/lighting mods as well. you're right. it very well could be those textures. tho there are a couple other mods that do the red & black thing to. could be those...BUT i guess i should rephrase my question.HOW do i get the red like that neon glowy look? i actually already use those textures you linked to, and the red is just like a skin color, not an LCD light. i want the LCD loli use REALVision ENB. is it a tweak i can make?
