Mod that allows me to build everywhere in the world

I need a mod that allows me to build absolutely everywhere, no matter where I am outside settlement.

 

Is that possible? Not a mod that creates a settlement, just only building everywhere..

Use console "player.placeatme c1aeb"

 

A workshop will appear (if you are not to close to an existing settlement)

 

Delete it after you finished your work with by clicking on the workshop it and type "disable" (make shure that you have selected to workshop, otherwise something else get disabled)

Search Nexus. I know there is a workshop mod that lets you build a workshop anyware. I do not know its name thow.

You can try the 'Conquest Mod" it will allow you to build a campsite...or if you have enough build components on you, you can build a workshop and then scrap and build within the AoE of the workshop. Then once you are done you can dismantle the workshop.
