[Mod Request] Permanent/Toggable wet effect on body?

Hello guys, wondering if there's a mod or a way to toggle the wet effect on character's body that can be caused by taking them in the water or being under the rain? I really like the wet effect on the armor. Tried to search around in NexusMod but no lucks.

 

Would be nice if someone can make it, I'm really, really grateful <3.

i wish i can help,

but simple way to make it wet is rain,

try console :

- makeitrain - to make it rain

- stoprain - to stop rain

Thanks, it would be really nice if I can get the effect without having it rain 24/7. Any chance there's a script that trigger the effect?

every time i using console script in script mod, the script checker always said = "that is internal command" or something
