Ryohei1956
HI. I've only recently acquired the whole Witcher series, and I've started the first one. I'd like to do some modding, general tinkering etc, but try as I might I can't find a way of getting into the console command line or any other access for modding. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Cheers
Lisnpuppy
http://www.ign.com/wikis/the-witcher-3-wild-hunt/PC_Console_Cheats This may be of assistance for the Third one Edit: I don't think the 1st one had console cheats but there is this mod:http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher/mods/246/? There are also mods for all the games that should enable some god-like cheats. These would probably be safer that meddling with the console anyway. Good luck! Corylea
I don't know of any console commands for the first Witcher game; the first game was modded using the Djinni toolkit, which is what CDPR used to make the game, so it's a very powerful tool, though somewhat complicated. There's a Djinni Wiki, if you want more information about how to use Djinni.
TheMastersSon
A mod shouldn't be required to enable Witcher3's console. It already exists but is simply hidden from view or access. To enable it, open up general.ini (located in Witcher3's installation folder, in \bin\config\base) and add the following new line to the [General] section: DBGConsoleOn=true
