Missing NPC Names in DG/DB and Vanilla Game, Unable to Loot

Like i said, i see a lot of npc names are missing. It happens after using ASIS/Dual Sheath Patches. It must be ASIS problem but no idea how to fix it, can you help?.

Here a crazy idea open TES5Edit, right click the selection square & "Select All" & load, wait for "Background Loader: finished" message. Yes it takes a while be patience. Expand >Skyrim.esm<, then expand >Non-Player Character (Actor)<, find a NPC that Red & has it Name Conflicted, Fix it.

Next on the list is make a Loader Order Merge Patch excluding Level List.

Then google Bashed Patch..........
