Goredoth
I have been experiencing some issues, I was unable to play for 3 weeks but before hand I had similar mods installed (earlier versions) mainly graphics enhancing and small tweaks but I didn't experience this bug at all. The Problem: Occasionally when I enter or leave a building so that it has to load the map and takes you to a loading screen it will just get stuck in the loading screen and nothing will happen for ages but the "Hints" will keep refreshing to new ones and the picture show will still zoom in and out and spin around so I don't think it is completely frozen. Now that I came back I installed all the mods I had and a few newer ones to the latest versions and now this problem happens all the time and it's pretty much game braking because if I haven't saved before I go to a door I will lose all my progress because I need to restart the game. It has also happened once when I tried loading from the main screen hitting "Continue" I'm hoping this is heard of and there may be a fix? System:Intel Core i7 930 @ 4.2GHzEVGA GTX 480 - With a medium OC6GB DDR3 Trident RAM @ 2000MhzRampage III ExtremeCorsair 1000W PSU Water Cooled so no heat issues and I don't experience any problems with other games. Guss
an Idea. it could be something with the mods. try the game mod less and add in one by one may take time but something is not right with them. not sure maybe something is messed up in the .ini just throwing out some possible things. Goredoth
Yeah, I disabled all the mods with the Nexus Mod Manager and the problem was still there but only on ULTRA settings but I never had problems playing ULTRA in the past so I have completely re-installed the game and everything works fine now, I presume it had something to do with all the mods I installed maybe corrupting the game or something? Either way I will install them back in one at a time and test things so I can figure out which one is causing issues. I really like having Skyrim look it's best so I don't want to give up on the graphics enhancing mods and the UI mod is a must have for me. Hopefully when the SDK comes out someone will make a "Ultimate" mod where all textures in the game are made HD and that tweaks the UI to be more PC friendly. *One Day* Thanks for your help. Windryder
Yep here too, I have an AMD phenom chip with an nvidia GTX550 ti..... its almost reminds me of the old issues with cd protection coding, (anti piracy) when the game would go to the cd to see if it existed...... I wish someone would atleast address this as a "BUG" or an issue, as sometimes you think your the only one.... I have tried multiple fix tries aswell, diabling mods, graphic items AA, etc... Ini file changes, bla bla bla.....
Warlock882
I've recently succesfully installed the game. While i was a little unsure about adding the mods, i still did it. I succesfully activated a LOT of mods, and started skyrim with no issues. BUT after i installed the fxaa post process injector tool. My loads wouldn't come past the loading screen (unless i ctrl +alt + delete -> and reactivated skyrim)....To be more precisely. It happened after i changed some sliders within the fxaa tool and turned bloom + technicolor, ON.I'm going to re-install the game again and try to install all the mods + fxaa tool, And then i'll see... I will not start up the external fxaa tool, cause that is what, in my eyes, causes the problem... Greetz
Warlock882
Try deleting the d3d9.DLL file from your directory. This solved the problem for me.The d3d9.DLL files are probably files from graphic mods. Just back them up. Delete them and experiment again to see if it works. My loading screen problem is solved. Only my 1st load -> after the 'continue' button ends up a in a endless loading screen. But i just ALT + TAB ... Reactive my TES. and problem solved. Good luck! Good luck!I think I tracked my down to antialiasing being on on the TESV setup as well as the FXAA, disabled the games one and I only get random lockups after a couple hours..... still havent tracked that one down yet.....
