Empty loading screens

Curiously, the game rarely shows me tips and models during loading screens. Just black with the loading icon on the bottom right. It's not like they're too short for those. A good fifteen seconds or so when leaving a building.

 

I don't think I installed a mod that affects loading screens, but I'll add my list of mods below anyway.

 

It's not because I'm playing on Survival, is it? What do you guys think?
