Iv000
We’re also planning on rolling out support for 4-Gigabyte Tuning (Large Address Aware) next week for our PC users. Stay tuned! http://forums.bethsoft.com/index.php?/topic/1308295-update-13-now-on-steam/ About bloody time, I'll wait until next week before I do anything.Oh. My. God.Bethesda ACTUALLY listened to us?!I shall forgive them their past sins. Though it should have been in from the beginning. Still.
InAComaDial999
Kept my original 1.1 folder with no-Steam exe as a backup, but went ahead and downloaded this. Version says 1.3.7.0, everything loads fine, now to give it a spin...
Pushkatu
I'm still on 1.1 with Steam in offline mode, I'll wait and see what horrors await before I chance updating. Same here, I installed the 4 GB utility along with a few other mods and my game runs great. I think I'll just keep it until January, unless some major mods are released until than that need new versions.
Sisaroth90
I hope those Core 2 Duo optimising fixed those 5 second long freezes each time a new part of the world loads (happens every 30 seconds when moving outdoors). InAComaDial999
Question: what files have been changed by the patches since 11/11? For me, the only files that are not dated 11/11 are: installscript.vdfreadme.txtTESV.exeData\Skyrim - Interface.bsa The game displays version 1.3.7.0. My game works apart from the bugged quests which they haven't fixed anyway.
ginnyfizz
Sounds like my Steam is staying offline, for the reasons stated by m'learned friends.
InAComaDial999
So I just loaded a save that had me outside Whiterun, and when I walk northeast along the river a dragon comes by and attacks. The dragon did everything it was supposed to do, with no glitches, and when I killed it I got its soul. So at first glance it seems OK.
Thoreai
Let's see what comes out of this, defenatly going to wait, if there arent 150 topics about getting more bugs, i might update but seeing nothing really changed apart from fixing the resistances...i might well just stay on 1.1 as the others. Sheralynn
I'm still on 1.1 with Steam in offline mode, I'll wait and see what horrors await before I chance updating. Same. I see still no reason to update and loose my non-steam tesv.exe. And I might never.
