Is this a ToS violation?

Okay, so I've been a member here for years but only recently started uploading screenshots and am loving it. Recently I've taken to adding the following to all my descriptions:

 

"If you like this picture please endorse it :) If you want to see more pictures like this one feel free to check out my profile.

All pictures are 1920x1080 so you can use them as your wallpaper if you'd like ;)"

 

I recently decided to reread the ToS regarding image uploading and noticed that soliciting endorsements is a violation. Is the first part of my description (If you like this picture please endorse it) considered soliciting? I'm not TELLING people to endorse my files but kindly asking them to IF they like it. It seems to me though that according to the ToS it doesn't matter if I'm telling people to endorse my files or just reminding them too if I like it, it's a violation either way. Do I need to go back and edit all my descriptions?

 

I really just want to follow the rules as best I can. I love this community and don't want to be a pain to anybody, be that moderators or members.

As far as I know, a lot of people do that: it's not illegal as far as I know. Begging for endorsements, ie. telling each individual person to endorse, however is a totally different story.

We're not too bothered about that sort of solicitation. What we are bothered about are "I'll only update this mod if you endorse it" or "I'll fix this issue if I get 100 endorsement" type requests.

I don't think I'm going to go back and edit all my old pics but I think I will refrain from adding it into my new pics.
