Matth85
Tip: Learn 3ds max before you try to use it for "serious" work. I am not kidding, not knowing the basic of it, and trying to mod, is about as good as trying to run a marathon with a broken foot.
Hackerr
i watched the basic tutorial videos and it doesn't mention anything about conforming one mesh to layer over another mesh
Hackerr
gah!!!! i am so close and i have no idea what i did wrong, the parts of the dragonscale armor i had were all screwy, the chest piece, near it's botom, was twisted, and a upper arm guard looked like it was almost peeled off. Skree000
Matth85 has a point, but ill give you a bit of a tip on how i resize armors to fit err... larger women... select the verts of the armor or shirt you want to expand. Enable soft selection start moving them observe as, when soft selection is enabled, it also drags out the local verts nearby (depending on your soft selection parameters). Reddimus
Off-topic, but I hate 3ds' soft selection. I've never gotten good results with it. Maya's is better and Blender's is crazy-awesome. If you have any tips for making it function more like Blender's, I'd appreciate it.
