[Help]Mod only partially working, Please help!

So i'm trying to get this mod that replaces the imperial legion armour with legion armour more in line with their standard uniform in the rest of the series, but for some reason it is only replacing the helmets. For some reason it is still using the original brown imperial legion armour and not replacing it with the new armour from the mod. I'm using nexus mod manager for install. Could someone please tell me how to fix it so the armour is replaced as well. Here is the mod list I am running:

*Auto blook placer

*Better cities - better cities primary resources v6.07

*Better cities 16513607

*Kvatch rebuilt

*legion armor replacer project

*Oblivion reloaded

*oblivion stutter remover

*optimised distant land max

*Imperial Legion V4

*Unique Landscapes Compilation

And this is the mod I can only get to work partially: http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/41632/?tab=2&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Foblivion%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D41632&pUp=1

Thank you!

It started out as a replacer only type mod (i.e. no ESP file) ... the ESP in later versions id likely just for things like female armor and maybe something to do with the helmets. For replacer mods to work you need to take care of archive invalidation (without it the game will continue to use it's own assets from the BSA files ... e.g Oblivion -Meshes.bsa and Oblivion - Textures - Compressed.bsa).

BSA Redirection is the recommended method of archive invalidation. I know that NMM has a way to implement it (but other than that I know diddley squat about NMM).

In Oblivion Mod Manager (OBMM) it's Utilities -> Archive Invalidation -> click on BSA Redirection (probably already selected) -> if you use the Steam version of the game click on Reset BSA Timestamps -> click on Update Now and you're done.

Ok I've tried running archive invalidation in both nexus and oblivion mod manager and it is still only showing the helmet replaced. I think one of the other mods might be replacing the armour on the guards but I'm not sure which.

If you get Wrye Bash and drag your mods into the installers tab, it will show any conflicts on the conflicts tab.

See in pic how Natural Faces is in yellow because one of it's textures is being replaced by Roberts Female Bodies.

Ok I'll do that. How do I drag them to the installers tab? The mods are only showing up on the mod tab

Open Wyre Bash on the installers tab

Then open the folder you download your mods to, left click on the 7z package you downloaded, & holding the left mouse button down, drag it onto the blank part on the left of the installer page & let go of the mouse button.

A window will come up and ask you what you want to do.

select copy

It will show up on the left hand side in red.

Right click on it, & choose install.

Because it is only mesh & texture replacements & installed last, it will then show up in your game.

I don't have Roberts Male Bodies that the mod requires, but the new armour showed in my game when I tried it.
