Your comment ("texture gone") made me realize I could just remove the NiBlocks BSShaderTextureSet and NiMaterialProperty from the chair in NifSkope. I tried doing that with a chair in a mod I created a while ago. Placed a toilet then chair in the same space. So player could sit on the toilet.Used "NavalChair01F" Duplicated making my own base object. Then on the model adding a new texture of "Null Texture set" But it broke the file ... would crash the game when loading. I haven't tried it, but I don't remember there being any difference between nifs for chairs in FO3 vs FNV. You'll need to make your own GECK entry for it (which I can help you with if you need it), but you should be able to just copy the nif over and use it as-is.
