Strange FPS dropping

I have recently run into a strange problem with my game, when im outdoors i keep easy 60 FPS almost everywhere, indoors i start at 60 FPS then after like 1-2 min the FPS start to drop down to about 15 FPS. when i enter any menu or i get some popup i almost instantly get 60 FPS again then once i exit the menu or close the popup i drop down in FPS again.

im running some 160 mods, sorted with loot.

 

im assuming this should be some script related problem? or anyone can point me in the way to fix it?

Ok, im not 100% certain yet, but the mod RS-children seem to be the offender, it could be it conflicts with other mods i have. but with it on, i get bad FPS drop when near children without it i get none. but as for why it happens i cant figure out, as RS-children is mostly just a change in appearance on NPCs. gonna install usleep patch as i lacked that and try again. even with patch i got severe FPS drop

 

i have also started to considering i might have graphical problems, as i in Radient Rainment in solitude, also experience bad FPS drop, but only when looking at/ or being near the counter. that could also explain why RS-children would make FPS drop as it has custom textures etc
