jucoking
If Nintendo opens up the game to mods then we could have multiplayer skyrim on this thing.
pyrophiliac777
Now I can play skyrim on the crapper. I knew it was only a matter of time till skyrim came to nintendo. Since I'm getting the pc remaster for free, I just might pick this up.
blackninja50
They have yet to announce it officially so don't rip your cloths off and start dancing just yet. I'm skeptical that a unit of that size can run Skyrim, i mean it looks to be about the size of my graphics card  i just don't see it having that kind of hours power. pyrophiliac777
It has been confirmed that nVidia will be making a custom gpu. It is only speculation that it will be a form of tegra x1. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tegra#Tegra_X1. One of the many rumors about the switch is that it will gain more processing power when docked. I was thinking there could be another gpu in the docking base until I read about this feature of the tegra https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ARM_big.LITTLE . (I cannot get that link to work for the life of me. Copy/paste time). Basicly it's the gpu has a set of less powerful, less power comsuming cores coupled with a set of more powerful, more power consuming cores. I the case of the x1 it's 4+4. This would be a perfect fit for the switch. Also, the tegra x1 can run Unreal engine 4. Just incase anyone is wondering, the x1 uses a 20nm Maxwell architecture (GM20B).tl;dr: Unreal engine 4 on the go with a hit to performance. UE4 in the dock with better performance. probably. Nintendo hasnt confimed anything about any change in performance/power when docking/undocking or what specific gpu it uses. Only that nvidia is making it.
