Goodbye shadowmere

I had to murder him, he kept breaking my stealth by aggroing everything in site when I fast traveled to a location. For whatever reason if you have a follower or someone on your side, shadow warrior doesnt work, which is why I never travel with a companion or if I do I raise some dead and sacrifice them. Still there have been three times already where I was in deep trouble because I was facing a million mobs, with an elder dragon all because my lame horse initially aggroed them. So after the last time I hide and back stabbed him. Good bye ye beast who kept getting me in trouble. Oh yeah, he has INSANE regeneration. Edited by gofortheko

leave the horse a little distance away and then go into sneak mode and creep up on your targets - no biggie imo - In the case of Shadowmere, his aggro range seems to be 3-4 x larger than most horses, so you will need to leave him that much further away if you want to attempt sneak attacks. Also, Shadowmere will respawn after a few weeks ingame. ;)

That damn horse always follows me when I dismount. Normal horses will always wander off in a random direction when I dismount. Since horses don't actually give you any benefits (horse run speed is like 10% faster or something else ridiculously low) worth mentioning, but are a huge headache to manage, I stopped use them. I kill Shadowmere too every time it respawns. Can't even use the dumb things as pack mules.
