stebo104
So how does the mods downloaded from Bethesda.net install themselves? Is it like the crappy NMM where it just overwrites ever copy of a file and just destroys your data folder or is it like Mod Organizer where it keeps each mod in it's own folder and does not touch any file in the data folder. Moksha8088
I had the impression with Fallout 4 that the mods at Bethesda were for Xbox. I never saw a download button for PCs. However, why bother when the Nexus is the premier PC game repository? I assume that would apply to Skyrim SE. The newest NMM is good to go with mods and MO will be having no further updates (as I understand the last announcement from Nexus). That would make NMM both the Microsoft and Apple of mod managers. PeterMartyr
In all honesty the only major difference is Loose Files & Register Plugins, any who tells you different doesn't understand what a Archive is, so truly what you should asking & learning about what loose files do to archive, what loads better, conflict resolution, all that stuff that makes you a good User. To sum up PC User use Loose Files!!!
Ethreon
PC users takes said assets and makes them into an archive for data folder cleanliness.
