Found a fix

 

1.Unzip file

2.Download TakeOwnershipEx run and install

3.right click file runTakeOwnershipEx

4.Use z7 add to archive compress to ultra and zip

5 reinstall the new zipped file

I got the error multiple times. Avira was the one blocking the installation of the info.xml files everytime, I just disabled Avira while I installed/uninstalled mods and it started to work again.

Disabling Avira fixed the problem for me too, thanks for pointing that out.

Other way Around would be jst adding a empty XML file with the same name. But if Avira is the Problem maybe the team will find a solution to fix it in later versions.

WanderingIvie is right. If you just keep trying to install the troublesome mods, it will eventually work.

Disabling Avira antivirus solved the problem for me.

I dont have Avira, its saying I cant get into Mod Manager/Skyrim/Install Info

Disabling Avira totally fixed it for me.

If NMM is installed in your Program/Files folder, you will have UAC issues.

If NMM is installed on a drive different from your game, you will have activation issues.

If you do not clean your masters with Tes5Edit, you will have CTD from mods.
