Spade
I finally got Morrowind to not run like total crap on my computer (thanks to the tweak guide and others), and I start getting this: Model Load Error: in Meshes\i\in_moldcave_15.nifWill use default (something or other)Continue Running Executable? It started as just one, in one cave (near Balmora). I complete that quest, and then decided to hit another cave, and got four more errors, and then it crashed. Any help is appreciated. Baphomet
You're missing texture files (*.nif) and the game is using the "default error marker" instead. Are you running any mods? Most likely that is where the problem lies. You may need to re-install one to replace the missing file or files.

I uninstalled okay, but now when installing I get an error about Data2.bac or something. poo.
Switch
Er... that doesn't sound good. Have you made sure to delete every trace of Morrowind from your computer? Also, has the disk got scratched, or is it dirty in any way?
