How to use my player's face from Skyrim in SSE?

Hi Folks,

 

I used Wyebash to make a new face for my character and have an esp. I re-saved it in the SE Creation Set and ignored all the warnings. I installed the esp with NMM. How do I get it to show on my character? I have no idea how I did it in Skyrim, it's too long ago.
