montky
howdy Warburg!the answer to your awesome question is;"it depends". What kinds of mods are you looking at? Nexus is probably the more diverse and best turnaround time/collaborative approach, just going on the google analytics though there are also;there are some Steam threads,a whirpool board, some Bethesda.net boards (i almost puke from saying that hehe),some opencogsome code-stack-exchange,some TWinTsome on each of the language-orientated boards, not to mention Moddb and other places...there's also some discussion/request threads on fallout wikia, less so folks actually making stuff.then there's also various fan-fic places where some custom textures and such are. We also have to remember, this is only the subset ofenglish language domains - there are also related boards for each language out there too..for some reason, search engines don't auto-include the related term in different languages and domains as anoption to search for. if you're looking for transliterations and subtitles etc, those are the places to find the better translated versions.in a related tangent,I recommend the .co.jp FO groups and all, for the "Takahashi Speak Right" mod.(takahashi has more lines of dialogue than merely"nanin shimasu ka?") - "Tabera no ga be-stu... ramen!"- "Mawara no saiko no: udon!"- "Ireshemase/ irasshaimase!", "eatetakemasu!/itadakimasu" etc There are a lot of nods toIron Chef, Karate Kid and Ultron as well.Takahashi expresses remorse at failing at Iron Chef, despite him being technically, literally the ultimate iron chef.though, Takahashi laughs and says, 'he'll show them, who's cuisine reigns supreme!" Takahashi calms restaurant goers by reminding them loudly,"Don't worry, these products contain no wax, on or off, whatsoever!" of course, to unsuspecting patrons, Takahashi's loud and random sayingsoften scare them, and they spill their noodles, requiring them to buy more noodles.it is an allusion to present-day japan, and the dining experience some have at restaurants which haverobots or self-service and targeted advertising---- so, theres a few different places that have FO4 mod content.those other places are where back-end mods are in pipelines- back end projects include low-end installation optimisation,AGI implementations to different parts of the game,Unity tweaks to get the game more stablethrough to 'HD TV output compatibility' and the high-end machines going forphoto-realistic levels of render in real-time...
