WaRi0
The very first thing I noticed about Skyrim Special Edition is it runs 1000% more smoothly than the original game. Not one crash the entire time I've been playing the SSE since it launched, where as the original skyrim always crashed like a drunk frat girl, even vanilla. My question is this: Is there any way to get the original Skyrim that stable? I really would like to go back to Skyrim since most of the mods I want to use aren't compatible with the SE and may never be (like SkyUI for instance) so I could use some suggestions, thanks guys and gals. Novem99
I have a heavily modded Skyrim and my last crash is months ago. In my opinion it is pretty simple to get a stable Skyrim. Use ENBoost (and set up the enblocal properly to your hardware specs) and the Memory Patch that comes with SKSE (but needs to be "activated") and ONLY use mods YOU absolutely know what they are changing in the game! phantompally76
Same. With ENBboost and a few ini file tweaks, classic Skyrim doesn't crash, unless you go out of your way to make it do so. Luka25565
As close as you can go is crash fixes. SSE is a 64bit program TESV: Skyrim is a 32bit so yeah. And you must get ENBOOST crashes are not so common anymore.
