did anyone find a fix for this?

i am having this problem right now on my desktop install,

the entire game runs twice as fast as it should, constant 60FPS (max 67FPS!!) according to meminfo

latest game update. game set to ultra settings. 3 HD mods, lots of other mods now.

AMD fx4100 @ 4.6ghz (corsair h80 cooled never over 31c)

GA-990fxa-ud3 mobo (new f6 bios)

sapphire toxic hd6850 (toxic OC)

ADATA DDR3 8GB 1600 gaming series

windows 7 64 ultimate

running fine ever since i installed it, and then bam today im running around like the flash.(so is other NPC's)

first i thought it was from a few "tweaks" i did a few days ago to my overclock but i reverted back to original stable OC, but no luck, talked to other overclockers on another forum and they dont think its a hardware/overclocking issue. (there words where "skyrim is f*#ked)

im stuck as to what to do next, apart from complete wipe and reinstall skyrim, i'd rather not as i have tweaked and synced both games on desktop and laptop so i can share save files.

This happened to me a few days ago. Once the problem started, I needed to go back a few game saves to get rid of the problem. The corrupted save file did not show any issues with game size and there was nothing noted in my log files. It also happened about a day after Dawnstar DLC and the upgrade.

For anyone else reading this, how it appears is if you are just playing in high speed. Your walk is faster then a normal run and your running is funny ridiculous. Changing the time scale makes no difference. The only change I had made to my game was to load an ENB. Once I had reloaded an ealier game save, the game worked fine with the ENB still loaded.

I found a fix(sort of)

1) Load a old save where it did not happen

2) Load a save when its happening

3) Exit the game

4)Start the game and it should be fixed.

This worked for me. idk if it wll work every time.

EDIT

Above solution might not work, if not try this one

1)Load a saved game from when it diden´t happen(the futher back the better)

2)Exit WITHOUT SAVING to desktop

3)Load your latest save with the "LOAD" feture on the main menu.

4)Put your self in combat

5)Fast travle out as quickly as you can after entering combat(dragons are perfect for this), you should still here battle music before you fast travled and at your new location(even thoug your not in combat)

6)Fast travle back to your previos location and the gliched shuld be fixed.

Don´t ask me how this works because i don´t know

I fixed this by removing the overclock on my CPU

4.2 ghz , down clocked back to default 4.1 ghz

This fixed all issues I've seen within Skyrim and my other games (getting the super fast sprint, and NPCs would kill me almost immediately because they are moving too fast as well) This also fixed quite a bit of my screen tearing issues.

I had bought a new AMD R9 280 graphics card because my Nvidia card was doing this to me, but it had persisted.

Have you eventually edited some graphic setting like the frequence at 75Hz? I remember that in Red Faction Guerrilla when i've done that my game was running way too much, disabling that all turn back to normality, but i don't know if there is somethinf like that in Skyrim

Running the game at over 60 FPS will break quests, send things flying through the air, and cause screen tearing. Make sure you didn't disable V-Sync unless you are using ENB. If you are using ENB, enable it's frame limiting feature. If you're not running ENB, there are other FPS limiters available.
