1.3.1 severe performance decrease

In an attempt to figure out what the problem is, I'm curious who else is experiencing this?

After patch 1.3 installed, my game has become choppy. Fps is down by a solid amount across the board. Areas where I was at a steady 60fps, I am now at 30-40.

I played this morning before the patch and the game was fine. The only thing that has changed is that the patch was released and I am no longer using the 4gb launcher (because it no longer works). I was using 1.4 of the launcher since the fxaa injector did not work with 1.5

Edit: I downloaded version 1.5 of the 4gb launcher and it works, but the performance loss is still there.

Peace

Yeah, I installed the latest version today and my framerate dropped by at least twenty fps. This isn't funny anymore Bethesda; we know you like consoles better, but that's no reason to try to make the PC version worse with each patch.

I have a feeling that Bethesda has no idea what the hell they're doing. They're becoming the laughingstock of the gaming community, and gods at the same time. Incredible game, but they have NO clue how to manage it and leave stuff alone.

I know its already been said, but it honestly cannot be said enough. This is why I'm still running the "unpatched" 1.1. 1.2 broke way more than it fixed (did it actually fix anything?) 1.3 was only made to fix what 1.2 broke. 1.3 still ended up breaking a few things. There is absolutely no reason what so ever to upgrade to 1.3 if you're still running 1.1.

The patch actually works fine for me. Haven't seen any great performance boost yet, but I notice a few extra frames here or there.

To test the load it could handle, I spawned 20 Ancient Dragons, 4 at a time, and fought them. Besides the "WTF Did you just do!?" lag, it worked fine.

EDIT: Would have thought they'd work on that "Invisibility wonks-out eyes" bug, or the rock outside the Alchemist's Shack with the missing textures that you can walk inside. Meh.
