Sorry i will do a double post .

It's about the size of the world ... I think more than 50 People Is impossible actually, even if you make a fast respawn the whole map can be owned very shortly .

And i think the only think i will do when i will see another player is to try to kill him with a sneak attack ...

And you will have to do some mod to balance the game because i don't want a lvl 255 Using restoration potion + 2505515154 % for make unbitable gear rampage everything ( just forbid Codes And Fix the restoration bug )

About the quest i think you will have to remove them and make "easier quest " instead , like go Kill Y for fighter Guild or Go Steal the item of X ( X and Y are Npc and not player ) .

it will be hard to balance the game ...

I have a lot of hope about Including cyrodiil and Morrowind in the game .

Another possibility is if Player A is in the Companions and Player B is in the Dark Brotherhood, B could get a contract to kill A or A could get a quest to eliminate B.

We have considered quests like this, but they would be extremely hard to make without being extremely annoying. We will focus on PvE content first and keep PvP to certain Arenas where we can control it. But we will return to this idea eventually, if we have the time.

As for disabling the console and moderators, I can't say. This will require some dev and staff discussion.

This one seems like a no brainer. What console command wouldn't allow the player to cheat in some way? If you leave it in, it will be too tempting to go into a city like Whiterun, spawn 50 dragons, then bugger off.

Even after registering an account, when I try to visit that link I get "Error. You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action."

What about NPC dialog? Some conversations are looooooong. Imagine having to wait in line to talk to an NPC because they are already engaged with someone else. Or worse, another player talking to an NPC that goes, "blah blah blah... now follow me". Hey, get back here!

Another potential problem is that combats with current NPC AI would probably be too easy. They just weren't designed for coordinated two prong attacks, let alone from a party of 4 or more. Sure they could be made stronger and more henchmen could be added, but then forget about venturing out with just a single friend. Custom level dungeon 'shards' tailored to party size? Possibly, but then there wouldn't be much point of making Skyrim an MMO.

We are currently working towards a MMO model, because it can be used for both MMO and Coop purposes. Dungeons will still be designed for 2 or 4 players, and if you really don't want other people running around in cities you are free to set up a server yourself, just for you and your friends. Of course you raise a valid concern when it comes to AI, but seeing as changing the combat behavior is a huge project, we will save that for later.
