aregceth
As of 12/18, whenever I started playing Skyrim, the game would play with about one frame per second on everything but bare minimum settings. Even while on bare minimum settings, the game runs with 60 FPS, but 'skips' parts of the animations such as running and jumping. Keep note, before 12/18 I was running Skyrim with the 4gb mod to prevent crashes, while running on ultra and I've never dropped under 60 FPS anywhere (this includes Markath). I monitored what the PC was doing while Skyrim was running on both ends. Before the eighteenth, the CPU was using about half capacity, and only 43% of the RAM. The same goes for after 12/18. I downloaded the link from skse link in the formums and installed it. The loader worked perfectly and gave me a slight FPS boost on any setting, but still skipped animations. On ultra the game still ran under 10 FPS. Another note. . . I run BF3 on ultra settings on all variants of the game and the game runs smoothly for limitless hours of gameplay. This shouldn't be a hardware issue, since all drivers are up to date and every part is maintained consistently. JimboUK
Try disabling one of the GPUs.
maboru
Your drivers may have become corrupted as well. Try doing a clean sweep of the old one and then a clean reinstall from a fresh driver download.
