it gives me this...

http://prntscr.com/d6r4jo

I assume when you run it through NMM, it does all the necessary steps...

Used manually, you have to go to C:/Users/<name>/AppData/Local/Fallout 4, turn off 'Read-Only' on the Plugins.txt (right-click -> Properties), run LOOT, then turn 'Read-Only' back on.

Probably better for you to use it through NMM, though.

https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/3767665-ten-rules-to-get-a-mod-setup-with-a-lot-of-workshop-crafting-mods-to-work/

Has LO in it. At least what the authors use or the old school type rules applyed to a LO many years later. LOOT is kind of a last ditch effort if you ask me, because most of this should have been planned as it was being built. For example installed in the order you wanted it to load in, so you don't have to fool with that, but organized in modular groups so you'll know what it actually does. Then it usually helps to do that if you are going to work on it. But you know, don't forget to test it as much as possible and to clean the mods if it can be cleaned.
