Jayonidas
This looks like an awesome idea, but you should probably put in a library of books to describe their history and explain why they're short and round. On another note - damn your artists. Those week-developed images make my 2-hour images look like a kindergartener's scribbling. :wallbash: Now I'm gunna have to spend a LOT more time on symbol eye candy.@Budz - Books will be essential, yes. In the first chapter of the story there is a lot of mystery and uncertainty that the player will have to work through so it's not going to be completely spoon fed -- but one way or another you'll be able to figure out what's going on and who these Dwarves are. As for the art, our concept artist, (Noud van Miltenburg) is a rockstar and we're damn lucky to have him. :) Though, the results have taken much more than a week for the images. The creative process has been going on since November and we're just starting to see polished renders in the last couple of weeks. Starts with vent meetings and forum discussions to go over ideas, then thumbnails, lots and lots of thumbnails, then we pick a few, he starts to develop them further, we pick one we like, and he does polishes. At that point if he's lucky -- art director likes them and we move forward. Needless to say he's been working his butt off. We're all closely following your Dragonborn Legacy mod, love the concept and it looks like it'll be awesome. This looks to be a great mod, I'm really looking forward to it right now :) And that logo...... I'm in love with it, haha.@ALittleBird - Thanks! I'm am also in love with the logo heh...as stated above, our concept artist is really talented and his style works perfectly with this project. NewFall
Just came by to say I'm really looking forward to this. And yes, your concept artist is incredible. I really like the weapons concepts shown in your site, they really have that dwarven feel to them. I also love your logo, but I think that goes without saying.
